Petal Flower

Directions

Punch out one 1 3/4" scallop
Punch out 33  petals from the Ornament punch
Shade each petal on both sides
Curl one side of each petal
Take the scallop circle and put sticky tape around the outside edge
At each scalllop place a petal  There are 14 scallops
Add more sticky tape to the center and repeat . This time add 9 petals
Add sticky tape to the center and repeat. This time add 5 petals.
Add sticky tape to the center and repeat . Add 3 petals
This is the last layer (the center of the flower) Add 2 petals
Now shape the petals .
In the center of the flower add a decorative large brad or button.  What ever you would like.
To finish I punched a 2 " circle mounted ribbon then I mounted the flower.
This would look great on a package instead of a bow.
