Directions
To make the dress you will need the Bigz die Scallop circle
cut out a scallop circle then trace the pattern below in to the circle and cut out.
Next take the 1" circle punch and punch a 1/2 circle out to make the neck of the dress

Now emblish the dress how ever you like.
