Simply add a Styrofoam ball to the mug and fill it with tootsie pops
I cut out a black cat from black glitter paper,and added green rhinestones for eyes.
I then stamped Happy Halloween added some green leaves and attached it to a
straw! The Boo was cut out of vinyl! This will be going to the hospital where our daughter is
a nurse for the staff to enjoy!
